ABOUT JOB CUBE84 is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for aligning our people strategy with business goals and growth plans, ensuring a high-performance, ownership-driven culture across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong business understanding, preferably in services/consulting environment, and be able to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. They will also possess a high ownership and problem-solving mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to decision making. This involves regular collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure that the HR strategy is aligned with the overall business objectives and that the HR function is equipped to drive business success. * Drive workforce planning, including hiring demand, skill mapping, and resource optimization, to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success. This involves analyzing business needs, identifying skills gaps, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. * Enable performance management processes—goal setting, reviews, and managing low/high performers—to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their roles. This involves developing and implementing performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback to managers, and ensuring that employees are aware of their role in driving business success. * Coach and support managers on team management, feedback, and difficult conversations, to promote a culture of open communication and constructive feedback. This involves providing guidance on effective communication, conflict resolution, and leadership development, and ensuring that managers are equipped to manage their teams effectively. * Monitor employee engagement, identify risks (attrition/burnout), and drive retention initiatives to ensure our team members feel valued and supported. This involves analyzing employee feedback, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. * Ensure strong internal parity across roles, titles, and compensation, to promote a fair and equitable work environment. This involves analyzing internal pay structures, identifying disparities, and developing strategies to ensure fairness and equity. * Support organization design, career pathing, and succession planning, to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business growth and succession. This involves analyzing business needs, identifying talent gaps, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. * Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure quality and timely hiring, to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This involves collaborating with Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing strategies, interviewing candidates, and ensuring that new hires are equipped to excel in their roles. * Act as a change agent during organizational shifts, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to our business. This involves developing and implementing change management strategies, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the organization is equipped to adapt to change. * Handle employee relations with sensitivity, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This involves providing guidance on employee relations, investigating complaints, and ensuring that employee relations are handled in a fair and transparent manner.
