QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proven success in staffing new facilities and scaling HR operations from startup to full production
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS, timekeeping systems, and workforce analytics tools
  • Experience of collaborating with a small HR team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support a diverse workforce

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Cyclyx is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR strategy and execution for a new, state-of-the-art facility currently under construction. This role will be a critical partner to plant leadership, responsible for planning and executing all HR functions-from initial staffing and safety compliance to long-term labor oversight, employee relations, and cultural development.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building the workforce from the ground up, establishing a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with operational goals and safety standards. This role will also work closely with our small corporate HR team to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with company-wide HR strategies and policies.
