Responsibilities

JOIN A PURPOSE-DRIVEN AND COLLABORATIVE HR TEAM

In this role, you’ll become part of a professional and dedicated HR team of approximately 40 colleagues at our Danish headquarters. You’ll be working closely with five other HR Business Partners, supporting our Hearing Instrument Group—a dynamic area on an exciting journey to become #1 in the market and currently undergoing a transition to the SAFe framework.
You will report to the Global HR Partner for R&D, supporting our Research & Development functions across sites in Denmark and Poland. These teams are key to delivering innovative and competitive solutions that drive our business forward.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and play an essential part in developing our people and organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing coaching and sparring to leaders on leadership development, HR processes, and employee matters
  • Driving annual HR processes such as performance management and salary reviews
  • Leading the employee engagement process, collaborating with managers to build an inclusive and motivating work environment
  • Supporting and facilitating team development activities to enhance team performance and collaboration
  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and capture learnings
  • Leveraging HR data and analytics to support strategic business decisions

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong business mindset and a passion for people. To thrive in this role, you ideally bring:

  • A few years of experience from a similar HR Business Partner or HR generalist role
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform decision-making
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a keen eye for structure and detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organizatio
