YOUR PROFILE. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Completed relevant studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, or similar, or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant experience and further training as an HR specialist
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law
  • Experience working with works councils
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing HR consulting and support aligned with our corporate goals. You play a key role in nurturing and developing our team. A productive, legally compliant, and engaged workforce is one of the most important factors for our shared success.

  • Advising our leadership team at German locations
  • Collaborating with the international HR Director on the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Providing expert advice on German labor law, HR policies, and procedures
  • Supporting talent management activities such as recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Implementing employee retention initiatives and supporting the development of company culture
  • Organizing and overseeing training and development programs
  • Collaborating and coordinating with the works council
