We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team in Brno! You will be reporting to our Head of Human Resources. We have hybrid offices.
Responsibilities

Our HR Business Partner will be part of the team responsible for:

  • Providing advice, feedback and coaching to management and employees on all People issues, practices, systems and policies
  • Advocating for teams/individuals, mediating between team members, and looking for opportunities for growth and development
  • Partnering with managers, defining and implementing the best People solutions for our business
  • Localize and implement Development programs
  • Localize and implement Reward strategies and benefit programs
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
  • Support our company culture and promoting a culture of feedback and communication
  • Be the go-to person for employees for guidance and support related to our people practices and systems
  • Oversee payroll and other operations
  • Be part of diversity, inclusion and equality initiatives

Requirements:

  • Czech at a native level, English fluent (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner (strong focus on Employee Relations)
  • Knowledge of CZ Employment law and regulations
  • Experience in SSC (Shared Service Centre) and/or IT industry preferred
  • Comfortable working side by side with international and cross-functional teams when needed
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management), with the ability to adapt global policies locally
  • Ability to lead others through change with analytical and problem-solving mindset to address complex HR initiatives
