Job Summary:
The City of Baltimore’s Department of Finance (DOF) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This position will report to the DOF-HR Chief and will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and various HR projects. The HRBP will step in to assist our HR Generalists in their recruitment processes as well as assisting the HR Chief in more complex HR projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
