This role takes on dual responsibility, partnering with key functions as a trusted business partner to ensure we have a strong people foundations for today and into the future and lead critical key HR projects, annual processes and strategic initiatives across the entire business that will stretch your strategic muscle and drive impactful change for our business.

What does this role look like for you?

  • Lead the talent and resource planning strategy for your functions and partner with key leaders within the group to build capability and execute to drive performance and employee engagement;
  • Accelerate our organizational development strategy, leading as a key thought leader on structure and how to upskill our people for the future to drive the business strategy;
  • Embed the spirit of a strong performance culture, leading through others to drive a culture of continuous improvement and agility, supporting our people leaders to enable their teams to achieve ambitious potential; and
  • Lead critical HR projects and strategic initiatives in line with your own passions and growth opportunities.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Strong HR generalist experience – ideally in a fast-paced FMCG, Wholesale, Retail or Manufacturing environments;
  • Experience as part of a global or complex organisation building and leveraging centre of excellence teams across international locations would be highly regarded;
  • Demonstrated skill in leading talent planning areas - especially leadership, culture and behaviours
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence senior leaders to great outcomes with real impact;
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities;
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to build high performing teams at a site leadership level; and
  • Proven experience in business partnering diverse teams.
