"We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Country HR Business Partner - Ireland to lead the HR strategy and execution across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team management. You'll work closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to deliver people solutions that drive business success and employee engagement. "* Lead the development and execution of the HR Operations Strategy across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Act as the point of contact for all Employment Relations within the region, managing complex cases and supporting resolution. Partner strategically with business leaders to support organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and performance. Manage and develop a high-performing HR team across multiple entities. Oversee local HR operations including payroll, fleet management, and local HR projects. Facilitate and manage employee forums, promoting open communication and engagement. Ensure compliance with employment legislation in both jurisdictions. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through local and global initiatives. Drive employee wellbeing and cultural transformation. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver scalable and consistent HR solutions. Work as an integral part of the UK & Ireland HR team, contributing to regional initiatives and sharing best practices. Any other duties as required within the role." "A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline is essential. A Master's degree or a recognised postgraduate qualification is desirable. "Minimum of 7-10 years' progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a business partnering or HR leadership role. Active CIPD membership is desirable Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organisation is preferred. Proven expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR delivery. Experience in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration is advantageous "* Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organisation. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both ROI and NI. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders. Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability.
