Description
Work as the HR Generalist to support East of Asia Commercial organization including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, division teams, etc. HR functional support includes learning and development, programs deployment, organization effectiveness, talents pipeline and management, employee wellness and all other aspects of HR activities. Culture and Organization Effectiveness: Understand the business strategy and identify opportunities to improve organizational capability and drive culture change to align the organization with the strategy. Must have the ability to diagnose gaps between current and desired organization performance and deploy actions to resolve gap, including organization redesign, process change, coaching and training. Performance Management: Through the performance management system assure that annual employee job performance assessments are conducted. This includes the annual goal setting process, the annual assessment process and periodic feedback sessions that strive to raise the performance bar in the organization. Provide coaching and consulting to business leaders on effective performance management intervention. Employee Communications: Advocate employee communications processes that inform employees as well as to assure two-way communications between employees and management. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field. At least 8+ years HR Generalist work experience in multinational companies. Familiar with local Labour law; experienced in working efficiently to support commercial organization A. Requires knowledge of accepted HR theory, policies, practices, laws, and regulations in the countries B. C. Must possess superior listening, excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand human behavioral patterns; ability to organize and plan, self-confidence, and a high energy level"
