  • Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and talent management systems to support business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related technologies; experience with ADP and analytics dashboard preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. PHR and/or SHRM-CP highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced and high-volume settings.
  • Must be able to meet Eckerd’s Auto Insurance requirements and drive for business purposes. Must be able to travel occasionally and overnight to program locations as required. Travel 10-15%.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
