About the team Our People & Culture team plays a key role in supporting Eftsure’s growth. We work closely with leaders across the business to build a positive employee experience, strengthen our culture, and ensure our people processes scale as we grow. You’ll work directly with our VP, People and Culture partnering with teams across the organisation to support managers, deliver key HR initiatives, and ensure our employee lifecycle runs smoothly. What you’d be doing in this role This is a varied role that combines people partnering, HR operations, and culture initiatives. You’ll be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, changes and offboarding Supporting managers with probation reviews, performance processes and employee matters Providing guidance to leaders on people policies, employment legislation and best practice Managing and improving HR processes Coordinating employee engagement surveys and helping turn insights into meaningful action Supporting key People & Culture initiatives aligned with business goals Helping identify training needs and supporting the rollout of learning initiatives for employees and managers Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with relevant employment legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Driving improvements to HR systems and processes as the business continues to scale About you: You will have 2–4+ years' experience as a HR Business Partner A degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred You enjoy working closely with managers and building trusted relationships across the business You’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities You’re confident navigating HR processes and providing guidance on employee matters You enjoy improving systems, processes and the overall employee experience You’re excited by joining a fast-growing SaaS company where your work will make a visible impact Bonus points if you have experience using HiBob, our new HRIS Where and how you can work Our headquarters is in North Sydney, with teams across Australia and internationally.
