In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Be the first HR contact for employees, leaders and managers and provides counseling and solution for them in line with business needs * Drives and supports HR & management processes and tools (performance review, organization review, telent review, people development, employee opinion survey etc.) across the organization * Develops leadership skills; provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders * Drives recruitment process by understanding business needs in the delegated business units * Takes part in entry and exit process (offers, job descriptions,exit interviews) * Initiates further developments in HR processes & practices * Supports local social events and initiatives Who You Are: * You act with urgency and determination, consistently driving toward results even in situations with uncertainty or change.
