Come and work with us. We are looking for a talented English + another European Language-speaking HR Business Partner to join our team and support our multilingual operational projects. You will act as a trusted HR advisor to operations and leadership, delivering high-quality HR support and driving employee engagement, retention, and performance across the project. The role is Athens based hybrid with the expectation of at least 3 days a week from the office. As an HR Business Partner, your daily responsibilities will include: Act as the primary HR point of contact for the project, acting as a bridge between operations and shared HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation &Benefits, Learning &Development, Facilities, IT, Global HR). Build strong relationships with project leadership, supporting them in people management and operational execution. Develop and implement employee retention and engagement strategies aligned with project goals. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with Foundever values. Facilitate open, two-way communication across the team; ensure key messages are cascaded effectively. Encourage feedback, best practice sharing, and active participation in company initiatives. Support change initiatives and support managers through transitions and new processes. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Support and monitor performance improvement plans, ensuring expectations are clear and support actions are delivered. Manage sensitive employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism. Follow up on HR action items and initiatives on a monthly basis. Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues to Operations Management. Conduct formal focus groups and feedback sessions to gather insights and propose improvements. Present monthly HR metrics and project updates to HR Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Director (e.g., attrition, headcount, recruitment status, challenges). Collaborate with Project Management, Trainers, and HR Learning to support the development of project-specific training plans. Support ongoing learning initiatives and employee development programs. Participate in the organization of project and company events (team building, Foundever Greece events, etc.) Participate in client meetings when requested (QBR, client visits, etc.) To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Native or advanced level of English (C1/C2) - verbal and written Additional language skills C1/C2 (especially Dutch/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish/Swedish etc. but others will be considered). Strong experience in an office environment with HR operational exposure. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities. Effective time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. People-oriented with empathy, patience, and resilience. Dependable and able to work with minimum supervision. Strong ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels. Proficient computer skills (MS Office, email, HR platforms/systems).
