YOUR MISSION:

We are looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background to drive impactful people initiatives across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with executive and senior leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor to align HR strategies with business objectives.
You’ll need to multitask effectively, lead on key projects and change management initiatives, and thrive in an ever-changing environment. From talent development and organisational design, to employee relations and workforce planning, your expertise will help shape a high-performing, engaged workforce. Ensuring data accuracy and working closely with local HR teams, you will champion consistency across HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Apply commercial thinking to provide pragmatic HR solutions that support business success.
  • Develop strong working relationships with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and coach and influence on people-related challenges.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, ensuring people considerations are integrated into decision-making.
  • In partnership with local HR teams, ensure alignment with HR best practices, legal requirements, and European Works Council considerations.
  • Oversee key HR processes such as performance calibration, pay reviews, talent identification, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective people management and business alignment.
  • Use analytics to inform decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with HR Teams across Europe to implement high-quality and consistent HR initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate the forecasting and budget planning process for personnel costs for the business area to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Support with the delivery of a full-spectrum HR services, including recruitment, talent management, L&D, employee relations, organisation design, and employee engagement.
