In this role, you will: Act as the primary HR partner to Regional and Senior Managers, translating business priorities into practical people strategies. Provide expert ER/IR advice, including complex case management, investigations, grievances and performance matters. Support leadership capability, performance, talent and engagement initiatives across your client group. Deliver workforce insights, ensure compliance with HR processes, and contribute to organisational change, culture and development initiatives. Qualifications You will bring: Experience in a senior HR generalist or ER/IR-focused role, with strong knowledge of employment law. Demonstrated experience managing complex ER/IR matters and conducting workplace investigations. Strong capability in performance management, talent, engagement, culture and change. Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills. Strong analytical capability and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.
