REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in a multinational organization in several European countries.
- Strong understanding of European labor laws, especially in the UK and Netherlands.
- Knowledge and experience in payroll processing is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or Italian is a clear advantage.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS :
- Role based in our Birmingham office with occasional travel to France (HQ), the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy for business meetings, training sessions, or employee engagement initiatives.
- This role can also be remote for candidates based in the Netherlands who are open to travel to the UK offices on regular basis
