Location: Reading
Contract: Full Time | Permanent
Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH
Salary: Upto £72,000 + Bonus + Car allowance + Benefits
We are seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to support a well established, multinational consumer goods business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of a diverse business unit spanning the UK and into the EMEA region.

Strong HR generalist/business partnering experience, ideally across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver strategic people initiatives and drive organisational performance. This is a true partnering role, in a matrix environment, with a strong focus on:
Driving employee engagement and post-survey action planning.
Supporting organisation design, workforce planning, and change projects.
Enhancing sales capability – onboarding, training, and performance metrics.
Providing guidance on talent management, succession planning, and restructuring.
