REQUIREMENTS

• Assertive and confident in your delivery and execution of radical HR solutions.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, committed and to flexible work hours (Sat weekend rotation).
• Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines – talent acquisition (both rank and file), employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity.
