Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

In Mannheim, over 1000 colleagues from 36 different countries work together to develop locomotives, as well as signal and propulsion technology for vehicles that are deployed both regionally and worldwide. Our general management ensures that Alstom continues to grow and become more successful. You’ll report to Oliver Böschen, Site HR Director Mannheim and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Social Sciences or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment
  • Broad HR generalist experience across all key HR functions
  • Decisive, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Solid expertise in employment law, employee relations and redundancy processes
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoke
