The HR Business Partner delivers strategic HR advice to the Top and Senior Management of the Bank, therefore supporting the Region/Unit Heads and their direct reports in the implementation of the Business Strategy. The HR Business Partner acts as a partner to Line Management with regard to Change Management, Organizational Development and Human Capital Management and delivers guidance in leadership matters. Furthermore, he/she ensures HR policy adherence across units and locations and balances the bank’s and our employees’ interest. YOUR CHALLENGE Define, develop and implement a people strategy and roadmap in accordance with the strategy of the Bank and the strategy of the assigned Regions and Units Consult and coach Senior Management in people management and complex HR issues with a broader scope Support Senior Management in their Human Capital Management activities, such as Strategic Workforce Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Low Performer Process etc. Deliver advice in Organizational Design and Development and with regard to Change Management Analyse the results of the employment engagement surveys and recommend improvement measures for highlighted areas Manage and monitor the Year-end Process (Compensation, Performance Assessment and Potential Evaluation) Support the hiring of senior or key positions in close collaboration with the recruiting teams Manage strategic HR projects and ensure HR policy adherence Play an active role in the various cost efficiency programs (e.g. definition of synergies, geographical footprint review); monitor the FTE / cost budgets in close cooperation with the Region/Unit Head, Business Management and CFO Represent HR in the Management Committees of the Region / Units YOUR PROFILE Personal and Social Senior personality with the ability to successfully interact with senior management, high level of empathy, charisma, managerial courage, power of persuasion and persistence Strong organisational and interpersonal skills High degree of integrity Passion and interest in strategic HR topics Excellent networking and communication skills Natural team player and enthusiastic to achieve results in a team Drive for results and ability to set priorities, to coordinate processes, to meet tight deadlines and to reprioritise tasks if needed Professional and Technical University degree and further education in HR Management Profound expertise as HR Business Partner, preferably from the financial sector Extensive experience in project and change management Experienced with Senior Management contracts, reward schemes and strategic sourcing Sophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times High business acumen and commercial attitude We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
