HR BUSINESS PARTNER
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the people strategy that supports the organization’s objectives. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop HR initiatives, offer guidance, and ensure HR programs align with the company’s goals. QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
