This is an end-to-end HR role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building from the ground up. If you like operating where strategy meets spreadsheets and culture meets execution, this role is for you. What You’ll Do 1. HR Business Partnering Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals Drive workforce planning, performance management and organizational effectiveness Act as a trusted advisor on employee matters and team dynamics 2. People Operations Manage end-to-end payroll coordination and compliance with local labour laws Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experience Maintain HRIS data integrity and documentation Ensure policies and practices are aligned with company standards and statutory requirements 3. Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment across business and tech roles Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, candidate calibration and offer management Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience 4. Total Rewards & Performance Understand fundamentals of compensation benchmarking and reward structures Support salary review cycles and bonus processes Drive performance management frameworks and calibration processes 5. Learning & Engagement Organise employee engagement programs and culture-building activities Champion feedback mechanisms such as surveys and engagement pulses Design and drive learning and development initiatives Qualifications What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of progressive HR experience Prior experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment preferred Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels Comfortable managing both strategic and operational HR work Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and payroll fundamentals A builder mindset with high ownership and accountability Excellent communication skills and strong execution discipline Why This Role?
