Description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for 12 months in our Italian affiliate who will be responsible for performance management, organizational development, engagement, change management and labour law.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Together with HR Manager, derive and implement the local HR Agenda based on the roadmap and yearly global HR priorities in close alignment with both the General Manager and Regional HR
  • Act as a sparring partner for the local management team on all organization and employee related topics
  • Ensure all HR global HR processes and Guidelines (Performance & Development Management, etc.) are properly implemented for office and field workforce
  • Take full ownership for all job vacancies including pre-selection, meetings with hiring manager and candidate interviews, etc.
  • Conduct initial on-boarding orientation to newly hired employees
  • Labour law topic related and moments that matter management

Your profile:

  • University degree in business administration, economics or psychology
  • Experienced in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of Italian Labour law
  • High analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Communicative, proactive team-player with high level of reliability and integrity, good at building relationships.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Italian speaker and fluent in English
