Description
Employee Engagement Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive engagement. Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and co-develop action plans to improve retention and productivity. Collaborate with leaders and COEs to implement tools and strategies that support an inclusive growth culture. Advise managers on goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans. Support the full performance management lifecycle. Support workforce actions including ramp-ups, restructures, and role eliminations. Facilitate talent reviews and development planning. Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices. Coach leaders through employee relations matters and collaborate with the ER COE on investigations and resolution strategies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR leadership role. Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related functions. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and solve complex organizational challenges. Skilled in data-driven HR practices and project execution. Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels. Hands-on approach with high attention to detail. Experience working across time zones and global teams. Proficiency in Oracle HCM systems. Demonstrated success in coaching and influencing leadership. Deep knowledge of organizational design, compensation, employee engagement, change management, and performance management. Strong understanding of business drivers and strategic HR alignment. Experience in managing moderate risk and complexity across business units. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is strongly preferred. Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
