Description

Reporting to the Head of HR Ireland, the role holder will partner with the Dublin HR and Group HR team to ensure the success of the HR function in Ireland. They will partner with business managers to implement people strategies, projects and support staff in Dublin.

  • Owner of the IRL deliverables for recruitment and partner with the TA team. Actions include working with managers on JD’s, sourcing candidates (when not soured by TA) scheduling interviews (when not scheduled by TA), participating in interviews with the hiring managers, reference checking, making offers, preparing contracts, due diligence, updating systems, preparing for on-boarding and induction.
  • Manage various global HR process’s (e.g. AAC, ACR, Career Development), and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Oversee the work of the HR Graduate to include recruitment and management of the graduate and intern program.
  • In the absence of Head of HR, back up resource for the Fitness & Probity process for PCF and CF role holders – collect all documentation, complete checklists, succession committee meetings, RecruitSafe checks etc.
  • Prepare HR Dashboard for reporting to Senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the end to end process of internal mobilities, global mobilities and internalisations.
  • Be a member of D&I committee and key contributor for delivery of D&I actions.
  • Develop and implement wellness action items annually.
  • Support the various teams on relevant HR topics as needed e.g. employee survey Determine training needs with managers and suggest appropriate courses in partnership with SCOR Uni and external providers.
  • Suggest ideas to enhance the employee value proposition.
  • Other duties as required

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Customer centric attitude
  • Financial Services Industry experience is an advantage
  • Having worked for a global company is an advantage
