Join our dynamic team in Sopot and play an important role in developing Kardex in Poland to the next level! We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of a part-time HR Business Partner. This is a generalist role covering single-handedly the whole HR lifecycle for all employees in Poland cooperating closely with the local management team and the regional HR team.

Aufgaben

  • Serve as a proactive HR partner as part of the local management team, offering solution-oriented advice on all HR-related matters.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring that we select the right candidates in alignment with corporate guidelines and local regulations.
  • Take charge of personnel administration and payroll tasks, ensuring seamless operations in close cooperation with Finance and external payroll providers.
  • Execute personnel administration and oversee payroll accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance across all HR functions.
  • Implement and adapt global initiatives to fit the nuances of our national operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate and connect in the local organization to become a trusted advisor for employees and managers.
  • Implement personal development initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Profil

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the HR department of an international company in a generalist role as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Broad experience and knowledge of all operational HR topics
  • Enthusiasm for new challenges, a hands-on, problem-solving approach and a strategic mindset to resolving issues
  • Openness and effective communication skills and the ability to handle any situation in a confident manner.
  • You are accustomed to acting within a matrix organization in an international environment.
  • A winning personality, strong negotiating skills, and a well-developed business mindset.
  • A graduate degree in Business Administration with a major in HR or a related field is an advantage.
  • Besides the local language fluent English is mandatory
