Description

Working closely with People & Culture and Technology leaders, you'll provide strategic HR advice, drive workforce readiness, support change management initiatives and help ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation project. This role will focus on aligning people strategies with project objectives while supporting leaders through change, workforce planning and organisational redesign activities.Partner with project and business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
Support workforce planning, organisational design and change management activities.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce strategy and people-related project impacts.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Coach leaders through organisational change and transformation initiatives.
Analyse workforce and HR data to inform decision-making and identify future workforce requirements.
Support the successful implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working.
Contribute to recruitment, talent development and employee engagement initiatives where required.
