As a HR Business Partner at Heathrow, you’ll support our Customer and Heathrow Express (HEx) teams as part of our Flight to Extraordinary journey. Working closely with leaders and managers, you’ll deliver pragmatic, hands‑on people support across performance, talent, organisational change and workforce planning. You’ll partner day‑to‑day with your client groups while helping deliver longer‑term people priorities, building trusted relationships and providing sound judgement in a fast‑paced, complex environment. As part of the wider People Team, you’ll work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver high‑quality people solutions that help make Heathrow an extraordinary place to work. Working Location Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow.
