JOB DESCRIPTION

Aligns business objectives with employees and management for the designated business function to attract, develop and retain employees.
Serves as a trusted dedicated consultant/advisor to employees, management and senior leaders on HR related issues.
Acts as an employee advocate and change agent by proactively assessing the client’s HR-related needs and provides efficient and timely resolution.
Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client and the business’ financial position, mid/long- term goals, objectives, culture, and performance.
Leads talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee development, to ensure a pipeline of top talent and a high-performing organization.
Conducts thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Collaborates with HR colleagues and other functions to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. This includes international colleagues/counterparts to ensure alignment off HR initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices. Occasional travel within the United States and international travel may be required as needed.
May provide training, coaching, and mentoring to local HR Support when applicable.
Center of Excellence
May be responsible for the complete management of a center of excellence within HR Operations. This may include any of the following: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement Programs, Administration & Onboarding, Employment Regulatory Compliance, Administrative Support of Sister Companies.
