  • To act as a sparring partner for managers at home and abroad in all areas of HR management, including recruitment and development, case and conflict management.
  • Advise globally deployed employees on career planning issues and support challenging personnel cases
  • Planning and coordinating the international relocation process, as well as advising consular staff
  • Contribute to strategic HR topics, including the development and implementation of concepts, principles, and projects.
  • Ensure the administrative implementation of all personnel decisions, including clarifications regarding labor law.

  • Completed university degree or federally recognized HR professional certificate
  • Several years of HR experience across the entire employee life cycle; experience in an international environment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, personal responsibility, flexibility, and a service- and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent knowledge of two official languages
