We are looking for an HR generalist to support the organization and leadership in all HR related processes and activities. You will take responsibility for some processes, in collaboration and with support from a small team around you.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an HR generalist, ideally with an interest or some exposure to learning and development – an area of great importance to us.
• Ability to build trustful relations and communicate efficiently with different stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
  It would be great if you brought experience from using AI in your HR work, to be a promoter and facilitator of this within the People team and the wider organization.
  It would be very valuable to have experience from international organizations. We believe it is easier to see the value of diversity and the beauty of cross boarder collaboration if you have been in a context where that was part of your day. Through that you will also have experienced what challenges like time difference and language can make, and how to overcome them.
