MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Education: Master’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Social Sciences or similar; A Master in Human Resources or HR specific certifications (coaching, development tools, etc..) will be a plus
Experience: from 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational Company or consultancy firm.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to cope with high workload and uncertainty, with autonomy, proactivity and resilience.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability in areas such as learning, development, talent and recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, change management, mentoring and coaching;
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; able to develop training materials.
Strong competencies in project management;
Digital skills: Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn platform; Teams or any other collaboration tool
Language: Portuguese (native), Spanish (native), English (fluent)

Responsibilities

This position entails working in close collaboration with the HR team – global and local - and the businesses to develop, execute and facilitate any HR initiatives to support the businesses in achieving their business goals. He/she will be accountable for developing a wide variety of projects, tasks, and activities in different HR functional areas such as Learning and Development, Performance, Culture and Engagement. Some of these projects could be exclusively local and some others will be aligned with the HR Global approach. The performance will be measured by achieving defined yearly objectives in SABA and stakeholders’ feedback.
Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
Support the HR Business Partner Manager and the European HR Director in developing local HR strategies, policies, and practices, including those deployed from the Global HR Strategic Plan;
Maintain ongoing dialogue with different business players and their respective teams to understand their business challenges and opportunities and leverage HR solutions and interventions where and when necessary.
Build positive and long-term relationships with different business players within Iberia (people managers and employees) and externally to the company, including vendors, HR consultants, universities, etc.
Team up with local HR Team in cross-functional activities and projects and/or per what is needed in order to deliver the best HR support to the employees;
Design and implement the annual training plan, focusing on agreed key capability gaps, and manage its effective implementation with a clear focus on the 70/20/10 approach. Ensures the deployment of blended solutions, helping to continuously improve the training offering and take it to the next level, leveraging a wide variety of training methods
Design, implement and facilitate Training andDevelopment initiatives, includinggroup dynamics, mentoring and coaching, starting from the assessment of needs at both individual and organizational level;
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends and best practices, screeeing new and innovative ways of learning
Facilitate the local deployment of Global HR programs, actively engaging with the Global HRCommunity to contribute to the definition of the best HR solution to bring value to our business-wide challenges;
Experience in Recruiting will be a plus: support in designing, implementing and executing new assessment methodologies into the recruiting process
Playing a key role in supporting all the HR Reporting processes, defining dashboards and key indicators.
Properly manage updates and information from HR Systems (Saba), in cooperation with the Global HRIS.
