To support our Data Centers department at the Frankfurt-Eschborn location, we are immediately seeking a dedicated and highly organized Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for a permanent, full-time position.

YOUR TASKS

In the position of Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing our HR organization. You will support our growth with appropriate structures and processes, connecting strategic HR work with operational implementation. This includes developing and implementing modern and future-proof compensation and incentive models.

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process and building a professional employer brand.
Support and development of employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
Reporting key performance indicators to management and advising on personnel and management issues

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration, economic psychology or a comparable commercial qualification
Several years of professional experience in human resources management and the development and expansion of HR structures and processes, ideally in a medium-sized company.
Experience in recruiting specialists and managers and providing comprehensive support throughout the employee life cycle
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German (C1/C2)
