MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company and 7+ years of overall HR or related work experience.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Design organizations.
  • Passion for working in environments undergoing rapid growth and change.
    Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.     Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants.
