The HR Business Partner will act as a coach, mentor and HR subject matter expert, responsible for providing operational and strategic HR partnership for Integrated Biologics in all key HR areas with a focus on the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire including Organizational Development, workforce planning and driving transformation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 7 years of experience as HR Business Partner or in similar functions, proven track record to successfully drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, development and supporting Line Managers with their people agenda.
• Understanding of Total Rewards, Recruitment and HR Process principles, and the ability to apply these principles on a day to day basis.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Basic knowledge in Swiss labor law and experience in implementing disciplinary measures.
• BSc or MSc in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant fields, or equivalent experience.
• Keen discernment with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the supported organization.
• Collaborative approach, striving for data driven decisions, dealing with ambiguity and managing periods with higher workload.

• Provide HR leadership, consultation and guidance for all people related matters to the Managers of teams supported. Coach and support line managers on current and future plans to design their respective organizations and put in place change management plans to help their operations being successful.
• In collaboration with the Head of HR Integrated Biologics Visp develop and roll out people plan aligned with HR and business strategies. Critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management, employee engagement, goal setting, bringing to life global processes accordingly.
• Coordinate and facilitate team and/or organizational development activities in order to drive efficiency, support growth and build high performing teams and organizations.
• Ensure administrative support as Process champion and coordinate HR administrative duties and responsibilities with HR services supporting the site.
• Build collaborative and positive relationships with internal clients and across the site / global HR network to ensure seamless HR support.
• Assess and continually seek to improve HR efficiency by tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
