THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to join our People & Culture team for the Fall 2025 term. This is a unique opportunity to provide critical support to our rapidly growing Engineering organization. You will be immersed in both the strategic and operational aspects of People Operations, allowing you to gain invaluable experience in a dynamic tech environment. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable processes and programs that fuel the success of our technology and product teams.

CORE PROJECT: SKILL GAP ANALYSIS & INTERNAL MOBILITY MAPPING

Your primary goal will be to finalize our Technology Competency Matrix & Career Pathways, providing our teams with a clear vision for growth and development.
