KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
A smart, positive and humble attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information
Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment. You should be a fast learner with a keen eye for details, capable of handling urgent and critical processes
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English and Italian

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a passion for the Human Resources field! This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR operations. Designed to equip you with essential skills, this hands-on experience will support the start of your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, you will play a crucial role in our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will support the HR Manager in the following activities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by handling job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as headhunters and universities) to maintain a steady talent pipeline
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
  • HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issues
  • Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company
  • HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives
