QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• CIPD Qualification Essential
• Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and reward processes.
• A confident coach and influencer with a pragmatic approach.
• Experience in project/change management and HR systems.
• Ideally, a background in retail, hospitality, or service industries — we value adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.

THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team, providing dedicated support to our Maritime Transport division. This newly created role reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality people initiatives and driving strategic change across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading operational and strategic HR initiatives across the Tank Ships
• Driving change management and professionalisation of HR practices.
• Pro-actively manage, advise and support the full HR life cycle within the businesses.
• Identify issues, trends and explore underlying causes to provide effective HR solutions/projects/initiatives.
• Coaching managers to become confident people leaders.
• Managing projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational design.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful people solutions aligned with business goals.
