HR Business Partner General Summary: At JSSA, we believe people are at the heart of everything we do. As a trusted nonprofit community health and social wellness agency, we’re on a mission to help our neighbors and their families through their most vulnerable moments, and we’re looking for a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to program leaders, providing guidance and solutions that drive employee engagement, performance, and growth. This is a hybrid position, providing flexibility of working from home and from our office. The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. What You’ll Do: Partner with program leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support them. Provide counsel on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and performance management. Champion agency culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Collaborate with managers to identify learning and development needs and implement effective programs. Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational change management efforts. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices. Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to guide data-driven decisions. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HRCI or SHRM certification preferred. 7+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organization. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting change management and organizational development. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
