What you will be doing Develop strong working relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and change management. Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Lead the performance management process for assigned business units, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, and develop and implement strategies to drive a positive employee experience. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs, initiatives, and solutions that align with business needs and support organizational goals. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a culture of fairness and respect. Lead or support HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement surveys. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR programs and processes. Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive innovation in HR practices. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred. 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business context. Proven experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR projects and initiatives from concept to completion. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
