About the role Work Location Bangkok (Bangpoo) Reporting To HR Manager - Thailand & Vietnam We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Bangkok (Bangpoo) plant as the HR Business Partner for the site. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives across the plant, driving strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, and organizational development, while managing the HR agenda for your site in alignment with Kerry’s overall objectives and standards. Key responsibilities Strategic HR Define and execute people strategies that align with plant goals and drive operational efficiency, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing insights and guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Industrial Relations & Compliance Lead proactive and collaborative employee relations, ensuring a productive and respectful working environment. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and Kerry’s global HR policies, keeping leadership informed of regulatory changes. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers to define roles, assess workforce needs, and attract top talent. Optimize staffing levels and organizational structures to support plant productivity and cost efficiency. Employee Experience & Engagement Champion a culture of engagement through employee events, welfare programs, and open communication. Drive initiatives that foster inclusion, recognition, and a positive workplace culture. Learning & Development Lead training programs that build technical, safety, and soft skills across the workforce. Support performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and development planning. Compensation & Benefits Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Collaborate with regional HR and rewards teams to enhance employee value propositions. HR Operations & Excellence Ensure smooth execution of HR operations including payroll data verification, time office management, and welfare distribution. Support audits and maintain standards across ISO, HACCP, GMP, and safety systems. Experience in supporting or leading audits related to plant quality standards, SMETA, or other food industry compliance frameworks is a strong advantage. Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a multinational setting. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and industrial relations practices. Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and manage complex employee relations. Experience with audit processes related to food industry standards (e.g., SMETA, ISO, HACCP) is a plus. Fluent in both Thai and English; able to operate effectively in a bilingual business environment.
