Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in delivering people excellence and driving business performance across the contract.

Your day to day will include:

  • Acting as the HR lead for Workplace Solutions, influencing and delivering people strategies alongside the leadership team
  • Driving and delivering the people plan to support growth, culture, organisation design, and skills development
  • Coaching and developing leaders and managers, encouraging capability and team ethos aligned to business strategy
  • Supporting and embedding diversity, inclusion, social value, and employee experience initiatives
  • Leading HR projects and initiatives, using people data to drive solutions and business improvements
