PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
SHRM Certification a plus.
At least 7 years of Human Resource Generalist or Business Partner experience.
Experience managing and administering payroll for medium sized companies is a plus.
Experience in ITAR regulated company a plus.
Experience in developing and deploying training strategies, plans and courses.
Experience in payroll processing, ADP Vantage preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for Korry Electronics, working under the Head of People and Culture and with the HR Team members, to actively drive programs and processes in the areas of talent management, career development, employee relations, performance development, recruitment, organizational development, and compliance of all State/Federal laws and all government agency requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the strategic HR partner across multiple functions including operations, supply chain, engineering, sales, fabrication, and quality.
Deploy HR initiatives and strategies to enhance engagement, performance and retention across both exempt and non-exempt organizations.
Advise and coach management staff on talent-related plans, culture evolution, and change management.
Proactively manage employee relations issues, fostering an environment of fairness, accountability and high performance.
Lead and influence workforce transformation initiatives including organizational design, redeployments, succession and talent planning.
Identify training needs, strategies, and curriculum in partnership with leaders as necessary.
Assist in the development of Human Resources policy/procedures, and interprets them on an on-going basis.
Stay informed on existing and proposed federal/state/agency laws and regulations affecting HR and our business. Identify trends that could have an impact on organizational objectives and/or operational resources.
Performs special projects/tasks as assigned
