YOUR NEW ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our highly motivated people focused HR team on a 12-month Maternity Leave contract commencing June 2025. You will partner across a diverse portfolio of programs and customer groups to support our business which employs a varied group of specialist staff with diverse technical expertise.

This role will require both strategic and operational HR management of all facets of the employee lifecycle including but not limited to:

  • Employee development
  • Performance management
  • Dispute resolution, and
  • Interpretation of industrial instruments, reward, and recognition and employee engagement.

It will be a fast paced and varied role…be ready to roll up your sleeves as no two days are the same!
