Job Description Partner with leaders to design and implement employee strategies within their areas of responsibility. Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters. Organize and manage data for Annual Salary Increases, FTE planning, and personnel cost forecasting. Support strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development. Coordinate with HR Recruiting to fulfil staffing needs and participate in interviews when required. Manage and coordinate HR-related topics and initiatives for the respective departments. Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts. Assist leaders in salary change processes and training program selections. Facilitate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions. Coach and consult leaders on team development, leadership, and skill management. Evaluate future business needs and recommend appropriate HR measures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field (5-7) years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry as HR Business Partner or equivalent Strong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiations Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Professional proficiency in English Language Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
