Company Description Lesaffre Egypt for yeast industries is an Egyptian joint stock company for producing baking yeasts and yeasts extract. We are 100% owned by the holding company and part of Middle East & Africa baking region. Lesaffre Egypt was established according to the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Law No. 8 of 1997, and registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Cairo Investment authority under No. 65570 on April, 14, 2013. Our main operational purpose is to establish, manufacture, and package yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeasts extracts. These many forms and types are then used within food products, animal feed, bread-making and bread improvers, flavorings, colors, and enzymes. In October 2014, Lesaffre Egypt for yeasts industry (S.A.E) began effectively managing the acquired company. Lesaffre Egypt’s main office is located in the Giza Governorate of Sheikh Zayed City while the factory is placed in the Nubaryia Industrial Area of El Beheira Governorate. We also have a Baking Center and Logistics Warehouse in 6th of October City. Currently, We employ more than 200 individual Job Description Organizational Development: Collaborate with management to identify and implement organizational development initiatives. Conduct Employee assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. Support change management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness. Capture all org changes in the JD and ensure updated JDs as per group guidelines Customize Skills matrix per functions and posts Provide updated JDs and org structure for Job analysis Act as main pillar with reward for jobs evaluation Define Critical posts for the org and work with managers and TA on succession options Talent & Performance Management Ensure Talent Assessment takes place with the right format Follow-up with Managers on the actions of people forums and right communication is done to employees Ensure that all employees updated their development plans on TAO system. Following TOA – ensure Learning and development plans are updated via comprehensive learning plans and follow-up on implementation Identify leadership development programs and succession planning. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes. Engagement & Culture: Follow-up on actions generated by each function following Engagement Surveys Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. Promote a positive work environment and culture. Work closely with Employee Engagement Responsible to implement the “Rewards & Recognitions” initiatives Talent Acquisition and Retention: Work closely with Employee Engagement to develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement. Assist Managers in the hiring process: identify right talent Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Assist and support the internship programs - assist in Universities' relationship and protocol of cooperation, identify the potential tracks of collaborations Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Certificate: HR Diploma is a must. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the same function. Knowledge Organizational Development: Understanding of organizational development principles and change management processes Learning and Development: Knowledge of training needs assessment, program design, and evaluation methods Employee Relations: Familiarity with conflict resolution, employee engagement strategies, and labor laws Performance Management: Understanding of performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans Talent Acquisition and Retention: Knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and retention techniques Skills Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct organizational assessments and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management Training and Development: Skills in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts fairly Leadership: Ability to lead change management initiatives and support leadership development.
