The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Work as part of the APAC People team in support of the regional people strategy, focused on Linesight Australia business operations in Sydney and Melbourne
  • Build strong partnerships with the business leaders to help coach and advise on all people related matters and strategy
  • Be the point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers are provided with the necessary support
  • Coach, develop and mentor leaders within the business to help build team management capabilities
  • Respond to managers and employees on a range of queries covering polices, systems, immigration and benefits
  • Lead regional implementation of all key global processes and initiatives (engagement survey, compensation reviews, performance management processes etc)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure quality candidate selection
  • Contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as required
