Tasks

We are looking for an HR professional to support over 400 employees across Shannon and Dublin. This role partners with leaders, drives HR strategy, ensures compliance, and fosters a positive, engaging workplace while delivering key HR initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with leaders to ensure HR compliance and best practice
  • Drive training and development programs; identify individual training needs
  • Guide managers on performance management tools to align goals and improve performance
  • Support 400+ employees across Shannon and Dublin entities
  • Contribute to HR and company strategic goals
  • Deliver HR, Payroll, and L&D reports; ensure compliance with employment law and policy Promote positive employee and industrial relations; resolve complex ER issues and grievances
  • Focus on retention, attrition, performance management compliance, headcount, and engagement
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and improvements
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, and supply-demand balance
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, proven experience in employee relations, and the ability to operate with professionalism and discretion. We are seeking someone who demonstrates the following requirements:

  • Proven ability to work on a confidential and discreet manner
  • Minimum CIPD and 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-10 years working in a Human Resource function
  • Previous experience with employee representative bodies.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiating skills to interact extensively with Management, employees and employee representatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Be precise.
  • Ambitious, motivated, energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who can work on their own initiative and also in a way that is collaborative and supportive.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the company.
