This role is positioned in our European Headquarter in Rotterdam providing People and Culture support to our regional European organization which is aimed to shape our future by creating solutions for everyday sustainable living. The HR Business Partner will support our Finance, Legal and Sustainability & Corporate Communications organizations.
People and Culture plays a crucial role in the success of the business. What are the company’s current and future needs in order to stay competitive? As a HR Business Partner at LyondellBasell you are the link between the needs of the business and the delivery of People and Culture support. Across the European region, with a focus on our Rotterdam organization, you will serve as an advisor, counsel, and confidante to the Business Leaders and their respective organizations. Your goal: driving and supporting the operational and tactical human resources activities to develop high-value capabilities across the business and geographies.
Besides acting as a trusted business partner to the Business Leaders you work closely with the appropriate People and Culture peers on key initiatives that will drive operational efficiency and improve overall quality. Topics you will be busy with are supporting talent management and recruitment processes, supporting leadership in HR related projects / topics in the organization and change management.
