In this role, you will advise managers and employees in a technically focused area and shape HR topics ranging from operational support to organizational development and change processes.

Tasks

They advise and coach executives on all relevant HR issues.
They support employee relations as well as labor and works constitution law issues and work in a spirit of trust with employee representatives.
They design organizational development, change management, performance management and personnel development processes.
They implement HR projects and improve guidelines, processes and standards.
They support group-wide HR initiatives as well as transformation, restructuring and similar change projects.
They support workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding.
